Lia Metz has recently been "behind the table", stage managing, directing, and choreographing with companies such as Berkeley Repertory Theatre, the Sierra Repertory Theatre, Active Arts Theatre, Theatre Rhinoceros, New Conservatory Theatre Center, Brookside Repertory Theatre, and others. Lia graduated from the Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts (PCPA) in 2002. A two-time Aubrey Award winner, Lia also still dabbles in her old profession, performing, whenever she gets a hankerin' for it. She has acting credits at venues such as the San Diego Civic Light Opera (Starlight), Moonlight Stage Productions, CCT, La Jolla Stage Company, and many others. Formerly serving on the Board of Directors at Scripps Ranch Theatre, Lia is a Professional Member of both the Actor's Alliance of San Diego and Theatre Bay Area. Lia is also a former Dance Instructor at Applauz Theatre. Lia is an Equity Membership candidate who also loves to spend her Monday nights singing at Martunis Piano Bar.
